Isaac Newton School opened in 1976 and since that time has seen many changes and improvements. The school has grown in size and now has over 300 pupils on the roll. We are currently undergoing additional building work to help support our expansion to a two form entry. The school caters for boys and girls from 4 - 11 years old and provides a Foundation Stage (Reception Classes), Key Stage 1 (Infant Classes) and Key Stage 2 (Junior Classes). The school grounds have seen many improvements over the last few years with recent additions including a pond area, outside classrooms, planting boxes, a green greenhouse, music garden, story chair, pizza oven, chicken run and an Anderson shelter.  The school has a high ratio of staff to pupils, providing expertise in many areas to enhance the quality of learning and to provide for the children's welfare.
